Our Strategy

By acquiring underutilized but well-located land and developing the property into a highly productive, modern farming asset (whether traditional or indoor farming sites), we are able to add significant value from the outset. Investors into The Agri Partnership’s projects gain exposure to a prime agricultural asset that has been developed to the highest and most recent standards of technology. The Agri Partnership utilize the most up to date research and development to create an investment that is productive, efficient and sustainable in the long term. Furthermore, by selecting specific high-value crops in high demand where global supplies are restricted, The Agri Partnership properties generate higher level of income than farms held and operated under lease agreements with tenants.

Another key goal of ours is to source and incentivise the best local farmers in the areas in which we invest to gain access to technology, knowhow, labor and machinery, ensuring that day to day our assets are being looked after by the best.

Interest Alignment

Our goal as project developers and managers is to ensure that our interests are aligned. We take a percentage share of the crop harvest but more importantly, we aim to buy-back significant portions of the farming operations from our members at a fixed return. However, this is not a requirement for our members; investors can stay involved for the entire life cycle of the project(s) they participate in, which in some cases is 50+ years. Our members can be rest assured that we are dedicating our efforts to developing these farming assets at a world class level.

As a partnership we will host regular site visits and yearly meetings for our members to network with each other and to discuss the ongoing strategy with the group, ensuring that the free flow of communication is encouraged and our projects offer full transparency.
