Our 155-acre site which we have developed into a state of the art blueberry and hazelnut farm alongside our local farming partners. We have added significant value to the asset from the outset by developing an underutilized area of land and creating a state of the art farming operation. We opted to implement two high-value crops with significant upward potential. This project offers high projected yields and a unique opportunity to participate in a fully operational farming business. To view photos of the property please click here.

Through GBPP, The Agri Partnership purchased an existing pineapple farming business with significant expansion opportunity. We have developed a further 16 hectares and have partnered with a local packer and exporter who purchase our fruit and distribute to the USA & Europe. Immediate yields coupled with expansion through development of non-productive land to achieve higher yields and capital gains makes this an attractive project for the Partnership. This project was undertaken in 2018 and is still ongoing. To view photos of the property please click here.

The Agri Partnership partnered with a local landowner with approximately 60,000 hectares of underutilized, un-cleared land. Our role included the identification and/or development of a suitable project for clients seeking access to a higher risk/higher return farmland investment model. We conducted pre- acquisition due diligence, and conducting on-going monitoring of the overall project performance. This resulted in developing 865 acres for Soybeans with a Latin American Family Office. The project was exited in 2016.
